Abstract Registration

Poster Session - Participants who are interested in submitting posters for the Poster Session should submit abstracts by September 1, 2011. Rules for participation include:

1) material must be original, not plagiarized, and not published or presented at any other national meeting prior to the date of presentation at this meeting;

2) presenter must be pre-registered at the time of abstract submission;

3) presenter must provide at the time of abstract submission any real or perceived conflict of interest pertaining to his/her presentation;

4) presenter is solely responsible for the content of the poster and for presenting the poster at the meeting. He or she must have the approval of the other authors on the poster;

5) presenter must disclose whether or not any device or treatment mentioned in the poster is considered to be investigational or is approved by the FDA; and

6) full disclosure of any use of off-label devices, drugs, or other materials in the subject of the presentation is required. Abstracts will be evaluated and ranked based on scientific merit and originality by a panel of Hampton University faculty.
